Who is Red?

Janette has been working as a Fitness instructor at City Fitness Porirua for 6 years and has been a Result Based (Personal) trainer for the last 4 years. She has a qualification in Fitness Instruction and Personal Training. She is also REPS (Register of Exercise Professionals) registered.

 

In addition to her Personal training, she is also an Aerobics Instructor and teaches 2 Les Mills programmes - Body Step and Body Balance. With this additional experience, she can make your workouts both challenging and fun.

She can motivate you to push yourself beyond your limits and you will see great results. She can further enhance your workout with her experience in teaching Body Balance which is a Yoga based programme. This will focus on correct breathing, flexibility, innovative strength and relaxation techniques.
