IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL SOCIETY FRIENDLY ACCOUNTANTS

The ABTC is seeking the services of an Accountant, friendly to its Society, to undertake a periodic review of its accounts. The Constitution of the ABTC provides for the appointment of an Honorary Accountant and an Honorary Solicitor. In line with the recent appointment of Mr Alasdair McBeth, a Wellington lawyer, friendly to the Society, as Honorary Solicitor of the ABTC, the Club now invites a parent with accountancy qualifications to register his or her interest in this position. This appointment would require only a review and not a full audit of the Club’s accounts. If a parent or relative of any of the Club’s competitors is interested we invite them to register their interest with the Club by 15 April 2010 at the following address: ABTC, PO Box 5258, Lambton Quay, Wellington, Tel:04 5670681
e-mail: info@abtc.org.nz

FESTIVAL HELPERS NEEDED

The Club needs parents to help out at its two annual festivals: Tap and Restricted Ballet in May and Open Ballet on Labour Weekend. Offers of assistance would entail helping out at one or more sessions depending on a person’s availability. Anyone who is interested in becoming a Friend of the ABTC in this way can contact the Club by phoning 04-5670681 or email: info@abtc.org.nz to register their interest and to receive further information.
