In the Matter of a Bankruptcy Petition against Rose Dunch, Ann Dunch, Elizabeth Dunch, and Victoria Dunch, all of No.51 Elizabeth-street, Eaton-square, in the county of Middlesex, Spinsters, Dealers in Berlin Wool and Fancy Goods, carrying on business in partnership in the name or style of Rose Dench. Upon the hearing of this Petition this day, and upon proof satisfactory to the Court of the debt of the Petitioner, and of the trading and of the act or acts of the Bankruptcy alleged to have been committed by the said Rose Dunch, Ann Dunch, Elizabeth Dunch, and Victoria Dunch having been given, it is ordered that the said Rose Dunch, Ann Dunch, Elizabeth Dunch, and Victoria Dunch be, and they are hereby, adjudged bankrupts - Given under the Seal of the Court this 15th day of June, 1870. By the Court, H. P. Roche, Registrar. The First General Meeting of the creditors of the said Rose Dunch, Ann Dunch, Elizabeth Dunch, and Victoria Dunch is hereby summoned to be held at the London Bankruptcy Court, Basinghall-street, in the city of London, on the 29th day of June, 1870, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon, and that the Court has ordered the bankrupts to attend thereat for examination, and to produce thereat at statement of their affairs, as required by the statute. Frederick Forster Buffen, of No.15, Coleman-street, in the city of London, Public Accountant, has been appointed Trustee of the property of the bankrupts. The Court has appointed the Public Examination of the bankrupts to take place at the London Bankruptcy Court, Lincoln's-inn, in the county of Middlesex on the 3rd day of August, 1870, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon. All persons having in their possession any of the effects of the bankrupts must deliver them to the trustee, and all debts due to the bankrupts must be paid to the trustee. Creditors who have not yet proved their debts must forward their proofs of debts to the trustee - Dated this 29th day of June, 1870.
