In the County Court of Kent, holden at Rochester. In the Matter of a Special
Resolution for Liquidation by Arrangement of the affairs of Edward Francis
Hutchins, of Portland-road, Gravesend, in the county of Kent, Builder, and
late of 9, Sheppey-place, Gravesend, aforesaid, Builder.
The Creditors of the above-named Edward Francis Hutchins who have not
already proved their debts, are required, on or before the 26th day of
June 1873, to send their names and addresses, and the particulars of their
debts or claims, to su, the undersigned, Jonathan Elkin, of Gravesend,
Kent, Timber Merchant, and John Walter Biggs, of Gravesend aforesaid,
Oil and Colour Merchant, the Trustees under the liquidation, or in
default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of the Dividend
proposed to be declared. Dated this 13th day of June 1873.

of 1s 5d in the pound has been declared in the matter of a special resolution
for liquidation by arrangement of the affairs of Edward Frances Hutchins
of Portland-road, Gravesend, in the county of Kent, Builder, and late of 9,
Sheppy-place, Gravesend, aforesaid, Builder, and will be paid at Mr J. W.
Biggs, 8, West-street, Gravesend, on and after the 17th day of July, 1873,
between the hours of nine A.M and 1 P.M. - dated this 10th day of July, 1873.

Pursuant to Act of Parliament of the 22nd and 23rd Vic. cap. 35,
intituled "An Act to further amend the Law of Property, and to relieve
Trustees."
Notice is hereby given, that all creditors and other persons having any
debts, claims or demands against the estate of John Walter Biggs, late
of No. 122, Windmill street, and 8 and 9, West-street, Gravesend, in
the county of Kent, Oilman (who died on the 23rd day of November, 1881,
and of whose estate letters of administration were granted by Her
Majesty's High Court of Justice at the Principal Registry of the Probate
Division thereof on the 17th day of January, 1882, to Elizabeth Biggs,
the lawful Widow and relict, the administratrix), are hereby required to
send in the particulars of their debts, claims, and demands to the said
administratrix, at the office of her Solicitor, Mr Charles Parker
Drawbridge, at Wood Villa House, Wrotham-road, Gravesend, in the county
of Kent, on or before the 1st day of March, 1882, after the expiration
of which time the said aministratrix will proceed to distribute the
assets of the said deceased among the parties entitled thereto, having
regard only to the claims and demands of which the said administratrix
shall then have had notice, and that the said administratrix will not
be liable for the assets, or any part thereof, so distributed to any
person of whose debt, claim, or demand she shall not have had such
notice as aforesaid - dated this 20th day of January, 1882.
