Men
Everywhere in the Post - Modern World men are
oppressed, men are disadvantaged by an opposing gender based
prejudice.
This document seeks a beginning to redress that imbalance.
Preliminary

Men have the right to a length of life equal to that of women. Expenditure
on Womens health can be over seven times that spent on men. No wonder women
live longer. Men should demand the equivalent.expenditure AND longevity outcome:
BIOLOGY IS NOT DESTINY

Men have the Right to equal outcomes at all levels before the Law. Men have
the right to equal custody outcomes: 50/50 in overall cases. The ten worst
Judges historically in each category to have instant dismissal. All mens
rights issues will be looked at. Retrospectively going back at least
as far as the Treaty of Waitangi. As established by precedent. For example:
Men can sue women for murdering their child.. Men can prosecute women for
nymphomania-the exact female equivalent as serial rape for instance: as women
are NOT to be supposed more moral or virtuous than men. (We can call that
the 'sugar and spice syndrome') .The personal is the political.

Men have the right to be treated fairly in the media, libraries, books and
TV, video, DVD and the movies..Misandry is a hate crime. Sexism itself has
become sexist. An injustice perpetrated on men exclusively. Are their no
crimes that women do exclusively? Mens rights say there are. Security arms
of Government could be employed on Internation arrest and apprehension orders
to bring retrospective female criminals to face a court of law and suitable
punishment.

Men have the right to exactly 50% of the electorate. Biology is not destiny.
Otherwise Democracy itself is under threat by the 49%/51% imbalance as an
oppressive mechanism designed to suppress mens rights.It is imperitive that
we correct this for whatever remains of Democracy at all.

Men have the right to have exactly as much money spent on mens ordinary health
as that of women or even an increased proportion until mens longevity matches
that of women. Health issues and true Democracy are inextricable linked through
lifestyle and resulting length of life- it is the collective and retrospective
legal responsibility of Health Authorities and of Health officials to work
assiduously and effectively to correct expenditure and outcome results in
regard to mens health at all stages of life. Failure to do so- or to have
done so will result in prosecution and liability for all or any male deaths/or
illnesses and outbreaks under their prior jurisdiction..

Men have the right to fight for their country only in so far as women do
so also: or surrender commensurate rights. Mens rights recognize the greater
role men play in dirty, dangerous and life threatening occupations. Such
as fire services and rescue teams. That very few women do so after thirty
years of feminism only reinforces this provision. Men do all the real
shit jobs still. We have the right that men so endangered be compensated
by society.

Men have the right not to be at all vilified for their gender. Men have the
right to form a mens anti-defamation league. Men have the right not
to listen to women on mens issues. Gossip, presumption and scandal mongering
are equivalent to maliscious prosecution first off with no prior case necessary.
that should be made a crime under universal law protecting mens rights.

Men have a right to the highest honours. Men have the right to form exclusive
men only organizations. Men have the right to take class action suits against
feminists for historical grievances.

Men have the right to be heard and heeded. Men have the right to create political
forums to discuss their own special and unique interests.

Men have rights. Men are the largest minority on earth. We are everywhere.
Men can do anything.
