Along with most other NZART branches ZL2HV participated in this annual event over the weekend of 24th & 25th February 2001.

This year we again participated from the Brookfield Scout Camp in Wainuiomata.

A great weekend was had by all participants with lots of fun and a creditable attempt to work phone and c/w on 40 and 80 during most of the available sessions.

Ted ZL2TED showed precision handiwork with his surf casting rod......

.....While Gavin ZL2TVM had a "cunning plan" should Ted's skill be found wanting.
