God sent Jesus to be the way back to Himself by having Him die on the Cross at Calvary. (Matt 20:17-19, 28)

But on the third day, Jesus was raised to life again - (Matt 28:1-10, 16-20) so that all who believe in Him will also be raised to life again. (John 11:25, 26)

Jesus says this,
"I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life; the only way to the Father is through Me." John 14:6

And this is our invitation from Jesus;

"Come to Me, all of you
who are tired
and have heavy loads,
and I will give you rest.
Accept My teachings
and learn from Me, because I am gentle and humble in spirit,
and you will find rest
for your lives.
The teaching that I ask you to accept is easy; the load I give you to carry is light."
Matt 11:28-30

THE WORD

John Chapter 1, verses 1-4

1 In the beginning there was the Word.
The Word was with God, and the Word was God.
2 He was with God in the beginning.
3 All things were made by Him, and nothing was made without Him.
4 In Him there was life, and that life was the light of all people.

Set Free as God's Children

Romans 8:21
21That everything God made would be set free from ruin
to have the freedom and glory
that belong to God’s children.

Freedom from Sin

John 8:31, 32
31So Jesus said to the Jews who believed in him,
"If you continue to obey my teaching, you are truly my followers.
32Then you will know the truth, and the truth will make you free."

God's Free Gift

Romans 5:16, 17
16 After Adam sinned once, he was judged guilty.
But the gift of God is different.
God’s free gift came after many sins, and it makes people right with God.
17One man sinned, and so death ruled all people because of that one man.
But now those people who accept God’s full grace and
the great gift of being made right with him
will surely have true life and rule through the one man, Jesus Christ.

Romans 6:16b-23
16bYou can follow sin, which brings spiritual death,
or you can obey God, which makes you right with him.
17In the past you were slaves to sin—sin controlled you.
But thank God, you fully obeyed the things that you were taught.
18You were made free from sin, and now you are slaves to goodness.
19I use this example because this is hard for you to understand.
In the past you offered the parts of your body to be slaves to sin and evil;
you lived only for evil.
In the same way now you must give yourselves to be slaves of goodness.
Then you will live only for God.
20In the past you were slaves to sin, and goodness did not control you.
21You did evil things, and now you are ashamed of them.
Those things only bring death.
22But now you are free from sin and have become slaves of God.
This brings you a life that is only for God, and this gives you life forever.
23When people sin, they earn what sin pays—death.
But God gives us a free gift — life forever
in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Romans 8:1, 2
1So now, those who are in Christ Jesus are not judged guilty.
2Through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit that brings life made me free from the law that brings sin and death.

Ephesians 1:6-8
6 So we praise God for the wonderful kindness he has poured out on us because we belong to his dearly loved Son.
7 He is so rich in kindness that he purchased our freedom through the blood of his Son, and our sins are forgiven.
8 He has showered his kindness on us, along with all wisdom and understanding.
