Altar Servers contact:  Tim Gordon  ph  977-7398
  A ministry to assist the priest on the Altar during Sunday Masses.
   
Altar Society contact:  Parish office  ph  383 8625
  Care of altar linen, vestments, servers gowns, flowers, votive candles etc.
   
Childrens’ Liturgy  contact:  Parish office or Liturgy Committee
  A group of dedicated people who prepare and instruct children under the age of 8 during the Sunday 10am Mass.
   
Collectors and Counters contact: Parish office  ph  383 8625
  Take up the offertory collection during Mass. Counters are rostered to count the Sunday collections.
   
Eucharistic Ministers contact: Gus Talia’uli ph 478-4441
  Who assist the priest in distribution of Communion at Mass.
   
Greeters contact: Kathy Watt ph 934-2209
  Greet and welcome those coming to Mass, and hand out the parish newsletter.
   
Liturgy Committee contact: Maria Elenio ph 383-7885
  Comprises representatives from the groups involved with Sunday Mass and other liturgies throughout the year; it meets monthly.
   
Morning Teas  contact: Eileen Muollo ph 383-6612
  Prepare and serve morning tea after 10am Mass on the 3rd Sundays.

Prayers of the Faithful contact: Parish office ph  383 8625
  Writers take a turn in composing these prayers for the Sunday Mass.
   
Readers & Leaders contact: Donna Love ph 970-6508
  To proclaim God’s Word at Mass; Leaders welcome the congregation and introduce the Sunday Mass and read the Prayers of the Faithful.

  Run annually in conjunction with the school, for children over 8 years.
