What a couple of days!  The HUD has come from sketches and concept drawings on Friday, to an "almost ready to bolt in" item by Sunday.  I need a drink, and with it being into the 30's again today (thats late 80's/early 90's for our non-C friends) it'd better have ICE!
 
 

	A paper HUD.....  Doesn't everyone have one of these? 1/2 size paper prototype to prove the sheetmetal drawings.. pretty cool though huh?  (I have drawings if anyone wants to make one)		Steel version of the paper prototype... Basic structure completed.  Base is steel, top cover part is aluminium.
	With the basic structure complete it was a good excuse to cover everything (hands, wall, cat....) in some subtle military black....
