Sonja Davis This is an article, "After the Fall", by Holly Millea of Premiere magazine. It details the death of stuntwoman Sonja Davis when she did a backward high fall for the film Vampire in Brooklyn. The original piece appeared in the January 1996 issue of Premiere and has colour photos that do not appear on the web site.
John-Eric Hexum Memorial Site This actor was tragically killed with a gun loaded with a blank on the set of the TV series Cover-Up. The cartridge drove into his brain and he was pronounced dead on 18 October, 1984. The Aftermath section has many articles about the death and other accidents involving blanks. Legal papers filed by Hexum's family are also reproduced at the site.

Janet Wilder Killed On Set of Gone Fishin' On December 19th, 1995, stuntwoman Janet Wilder was killed by an out of control boat when a jump went wrong on this comedy.
