Making the wheel spat moulds
The Solar Fern upside down! The wheel spat plugs fitted to the main plug. |

First we cut polystyrene foam to the right shape. |
After glassing, filling and lots of sanding we spray the final coat of Duratec before final sanding, cutting, polishing and waxing. |
Fitting flanges around ther plugs - so the mould can be split in two. |
The rear wheel spat plug - ready to make the mould. |
