Perce Harpham

Perce has a lifetime of experience in the management of computer and other businesses. He has carried out strategic planning, organisation, system design, project management, marketing, manufacturing, consulting and advising over a wide range of industries and organisations. He has set up and run computer software businesses in China, USA, Australia and New Zealand.

HIs positions have ranged from engineer, work study officer, operations researcher, production manager, systems analyst, programmer, information technology manager, to chief  executive, consultant, director and board chairman. More recently an increasing amount of time has been spent on human problems in the wider community - assisting people with various difficulties in business and personal affairs - as well as maintaining  a high level of expertise in the development of multimedia and multilingual  training using computers.      

This background has been complemented by formal qualifications in dispute resolution. His qualifications are - Bachelor of Engineering ( Chemical), Master of Science, Fellow of the New Zealand Computer Society and Graduate Diploma in Business Studies (Dispute Resolution).

Perce is a keen and active sailor, often solo. He is married with three children and seven grandchildren.     perce@harpham.co.nz
