The bodhrans are available in sixteen and eighteen inch diameters. The rims are laminated from three steam-bent strips of wood. They are glued together to provide a very strong resonant shell for the goatskin, which is stretched across and tacked into place under a thin wooden ring. The bodhrans have two crossed bars inside and come with a turned hardwood beater. Other sizes are available on request.
