'Ease of Long Practice' critiques a New Zealand risk-management manual. It argues for a greater emphasis on experience and for a recognition of the limitations of risk-analysis by form-filling. 'Ease of Long Practice' was first published, as a slightly shorter version, in the UK quarterly, Horizons, Vol 14, No 3, autumn 1997.
