The Airport is comprised of three terminals, two domestics and an international. The Interterminal Walkway between the International and Domestic terminals takes about 10 minutes. There is also a free shuttle bus between the Ansett and Air New Zealand domestic terminals during the day.

Post boxed can be found throughout the terminal, and stamps are sold at several locations in the airport.
