Join back seams of bedsocks. Join side and lower seams of bottle cover, leaving 1 inch open at top of side seams and 1 inch open at centre of base. Crochet around top opening making 2 buttonhole loops at each side leaving centre ribbing open.
Sew on buttons to correspond with loops.
