The digital-sunlite-project is a peer-to-peer system, and therefore in theory doesn't require static servers. However it is neccesary to know at least a few IP Addresses of peers.
Below you can get the most recent list of Peer IP Addresses, known as bootstrap addresses.
bootstrapips.txt is included with the exe download, but this may have some new peers.
Just place the file in the dir with cyberspace.exe, overwriting the old one.
Alternatively you can run getbootstrapips.exe which is included in the distribution. This will download the file for you and replace the old one.
Just download the files, then run DSPDaemon.exe and leave it running.
This will sit listening on udp port 6667 for messages, and will maintain a list of other hosts running DSPDaemon.exe.
It would also be good to leave cyberspace.exe running. You can hit F3 to run in servermode which will consume less CPU.
