Try these fun recipes!
Modeling Clay
2 ¼ cups flour
4 tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup salt
1 tbsp powdered alum
1 ½ cups boiling water
food colouring
Mix flour,
alum and salt. Add vegetable oil. Vigorously stir
in boiling water with a big spoon until mixture
sticks together. Knead dough until smooth and
then divide the dough into several piles. Add a
few drops of food colouring to each pile until
you reach the desired colour. Store in airtight
containers such as butter tubs or yoghurt cups.

Play Dough
4 cups
flour
1 cup salt
4 cups water
4 tablespoons oil
½ cup cream of tartar
Mix all
ingredients in a sauce pan. Cook and stir over
low/medium heat until play dough is completely
formed and no longer sticky. Allow to cool
slightly before storing in an air tight container
or zip lock bag.

Super Bubble Mixture!
Dishwashing
Liquid - not laundry powder or liquids for
dishwashers
Glycerine (just a bit)
H2O (water) distilled is best but not necessary
Combine
dishwashing liquid with water - 1 part with 15
parts of water and then add about a teaspoon of
Glycerin (make sure you don't over do it with the
Glycerin) and blow away! Try not to mix the
solution up so that it goes bubbly as you won't
have much success with your bubbles. Oh
yeah...humid days are best for bubble blowing.
Have Fun!!!

"And when you welcome
one of these little children because of me, you
welcome me." ~Matthew 18:5~
