At the Wargames Room we enjoy a range of historical miniature wargaming across a diverse range of periods and rule systems. These range from the Ancient period to the potential European conflicts of the Cold War. With such a range of periods and rules you will likely therefore find something of interest here.

To stay informed of our the latest news keep an eye on what's happening in our on-line blog "Across the Table". This

blog replaces the traditional "What's New" section. Rather, "Across the Table" combines updates to this website with other general news to create an on-line journal of activities.

In addition you will find a series of more traditional articles and information divided across several sections of the site. For example in the Volley & Bayonet section you will find scenarios, battle reports and background information on engagements spanning the Seven Years War to the Franco-Prussian War. Looking for something a little earlier in history? Then don't miss the Ancient or Renaissance sections which are slowly being expanded.

Alternately, don't forget to review the sections on wargaming the battles of World War II or post World War II conflicts.

Finally, do you live in Christchurch, New Zealand? Why not join the Christchurch Wargaming Mailing List a low volume mailing list designed to keep local wargamers in contact.
