Autumn Field day and AGM-30 April 2005

9.30am-Meet outside Princess Margaret Hospital for car pooling.

9.45 Depart for the Kays property at Duvauchelles.

11.30am Proceed to the campground at Duvauchelles and AGM will be held in the tennis pavilion.

12ish Lunch follows AGM and members please bring their own lunch, drinks, chairs.

1.30pm Depart for Paulin's property at Akaroa.
