Miscellaneous #3 (28 March 2000)
A satirical look at one man's struggle to get a student loan. Very surreal indeed;
further attempts at Melvin cartoons have failed to recapture the same spirit.
In retrospect, I think I tried to cram too much onto the same page. It's just too squished.
Note for foreign types: WINZ (Work and Income New Zealand) is the authority responsible
for administering student finances (among other things). All things considered, they do an
abysmal job.
