Otatara Landcare Group
Part of the National Landcare Trust, the Otatara Landcare Group is a group of local Otatara people interested in the environment of Otatara, New River Estuary, Sandy Point and Oreti Beach area.
The group produces a local newsletter, the Otatara Pigeon Post, and organises local nature trips and workdays around the Otatara area. Anyone can join in on these activities. Trips advertised in the Pigeon Post every 3 months.
