Cycle Services - Home of Sifting Cycle Services was once the purple bike shop at 174 Cuba St (1991-2000), which then mutated into a cyber business and part time repair workshop (2000-2005) Despite a complete lack of attempts at marketing, there was a regular influx of underground bike repairs dragged up to the plush purple CS workshop, and a sifty stream of intrepid internet explorers finding their way to this website. And sometimes they even bought stuff. Occasionally described as the workshop with the best view in New Zealand, we posted a full panorama for those of you unlucky enough to not be Wellington locals. But these days the purple workshop is mainly used for storing my bikes and tinkering with my friends bikes occasionally. Most of the old stock has been sold, and some of what's left get listed on Trade Me sometimes. Although the whole site is ultimately an archive, it's still getting updated from time to time, so check back for new stuff. We have updated some of the newsletters, including a new "retrospective" page and there is even some new material and incriminating photos lined up to be added to the original newsletters!
