Entry Form

There are two ways to enter.

You can use the traditional method of filling out and posting the entry form:

Or, you can enter online:

With both options, you may pay by either cheque or internet banking. See the respective pages for more details.

Note: For the meal on Sunday night a child is anyone 10 years and under.
