The first aim of the HBMUG is to encourage those people in Hawke's Bay who use Macintosh Computers to meet together. At our meetings we share our experience and knowledge to support each other. The HBMUG is a group of, simple that..... Mac users, all with different levels of experience and knowledge of Apple computers, Mac OSX and applications designed to run on Macintosh computers. (Please note We do not offer basic skills lessons at our meetings.)
The second aim of the HBMUG is to help users get the most out of their Mac's. The rapid progress in computing technology doesn't mean that you can¹t get adequate results from your Mac with a few up-dates and modifications. There is of course no substitute to buying a new eMac, iMac or Power Book running MacOSX "Tiger".
