I
have started with this one to show how the backlighting appeals to me. Also,
when artists work in colour, crayon or pencil I like that more, even though I
like Black and White photographs also for their dramatic contrast and
have a shared darkroom for developing and printing my own prints.
I sometimes work from a photographic images, drawing and working
freehand with the cutting tool, as opposed to working with a photographic
transfer to the block. This looks like going
in reverse, technology wise. But it appeals to me, as I have already said. And
something gets added as subconscious input.
It is a very small edition size, but the same print in black and white
is available as a computer print, A4 size, with 20 mm margins. Printed on HP
premium inkjet paper.
Price $ 10.
