This concludes the first six works that explores what lies
beneath the surface. Knowledge about ourselves is the ultimate
knowledge. This single fact is what the sages and the wise have
tried to pass on to us through their works that have survived them. That
knowledge, can it be passed on? Can it be understood? If so, what part
of us can understand it? Is the soul something real that we all have, or
is it only a believe some of us have? Something that is real for them,
because they believe it? Something different for each person, viewed in
the light of the knowledge that they have acquired? |
