Charlie
The steely-gazed, bubble-headed protagonist. The boring one. Charlie spends most of his time acting as a foil to Uncle Nancy's "kerrazy" antics, occasionally indulging in "wackyness" and "tomfoolery" himself. But only with a note from his parents. Who died.

Uncle Nancy
Not necessarily Charlie's uncle, you understand, but somebody's uncle, certainly. There's a definite avuncular quality to him -- underneath the drug use and man-whore dallyance, obviously. Maybe it should be "Uncle" Nancy.

Tango
Charlie's faithful dog. Or possibly Uncle Nancy's -- I never bothered working that out. He might be the Antichrist or some shit.
