| Welcome to the Northern Most Holiday Camp in the South Island. We are situated right beside the sea at the tip of Golden Bay, and the base of Farewell Spit. The well established gardens provide a peaceful and relaxing environment for your stay.
The many walks of the Kahurangi National Park are at your feet. There is a resident seal colony at Puponga Beach, just across the road. Enjoy Farewell Spit and amazing Wharariki Beach, do the Hilltop Walk or take a drive to the beautiful Whanganui Inlet on the West Coast. Or perhaps you would just like to explore the wide open spaces, watch the seals and birds, go kayaking, surfing or fishing, gather cockles for dinner.
School, tramping and bird-watching groups can get back to nature here. It's a photographer's paradise.
Farewell Spit tours will pick you up at the gate, the Horse Treks are just 2.5 km down the road. |
