Hi girls!

Welcome to my new website!

My aim is to put newsy bits on this, my home page, as they come up, so do come back to it every now and then to check it out.

Some stuff may not be worth the trouble of phoning you, but may still be of interest (like the photo of Oneroa on the left?) and then there are photos that you can't see on the phone ;-).

I'd love to also put your own photos on your own pages (see above under 'Other photos) and will add the ones I've already got, there soon. So please send any -with date taken and description- via your own email program (you can't do that using the biker, top right... I think)

I'll also let you know on this page of any new pages I've added so you don't have to bother searching for it.

Please let me know of anything you'd like to me to add and also if the site looks OK in your browser.

It looks and works fine in my main browser (Firefox) but behaves a little strangely in Internet explorer (version 6), it won't allow the pop-ups (enlargements) I use on photos and have to 'allow blocked content'.
You may need to do the same if you use I.E.
I recommend Mozilla Firefox, it's safer and easy to use, it's highly recommended by PC World and many others.

A Final Word on Nutrition...

After an exhaustive review of the research literature, here's the final word on nutrition and health:
1) Japanese eat very little fat and suffer fewer heart attacks than us.
2) Mexicans eat a lot of fat and suffer fewer heart attacks than us. 3) Chinese drink very little red wine and suffer fewer heart attacks than us.
4) Italians drink excessive amounts of red wine and suffer fewer heart attacks than us.
5) Germans drink beer and eat lots of sausages and fats and suffer fewer heart attacks than us.

Conclusion: Eat and drink what you like. Speaking English is apparently what kills you.
