How you arrange a report

When making an offer on a property make it subject to a pre purchase report with in 5 working days. This has become standard in industry.

You then call us with:-

• The Land agents name
• The agents telephone number
• The agents cell phone number
• The Agency Name
• The Agency suburb]
• The Agency telephone number
• And your contact details
• And the site to be inspected
• Any area of concern in relation to the property

Who we work for

The majority of reports are for people looking to purchase a property.
Occasionally we get sellers looking for a report to upgrade their property prior to selling. We do not work, and will not work for Land Agents directly, as they are representing the seller and there would be a conflict of interest in a report that is looking for fault.
