B&B at Devenport Estate

Included within B&B are the following facilities for guests in three bedrooms:

Room One:

Guest Bedroom with Queen Bed and Single Bed with commanding views to Wellington Harbour/Somes Island [sleeps 3] with private bathroom directly opposite the bedroom and hand basin in bedroom.

Second Guest Bedroom with Queen Bed , located at the back of the house over-looking the petanque court and tree/vines behind the house [sleeps 2] with ensuite.

Checking in & out of Devenport - Visiting Pets & Children

Guests are welcome to check in from 4:00pm on arrival day, and check out by 11am on the morning of departure. Just let us know if alternative times are needed for your arrival or departure.

Raq & Rohan's Greeting

Our two dogs welcome all our guests, but alas this welcome doesn't extend to any visiting pets.

Children stays by arrangement.

B&B Rates & Payment Terms

Our GST inclusive rates for 2008/09 effective from 1st June 2008 are from:

Guestrooms 1 and 3 [Harbourview Rooms]:

Bed & Breakfast for single use of a room - $150.00.

Bed & Breakfast for two people $175.00.

Bed & Breakfast for three people in one guest bedroom $200.00.

Guestroom 2:

Bed & Breakfast for single use of a room - $125.00.

Bed & Breakfast for two people $150.00.

Other Facilities:

Laundry Service for 1 night stay; [washing/drying/and self use of iron] - $20.00 per hour, free for two loads if staying 2 or more nights.

Internet Access - 30 minutes per day free usage

Payment by Cash, VISA/MasterCard - GST receipt available if requested.

Please note that these rates refer to bookings made directly to Devenport Estate.

Our Cancellation and Deposit Policy

Credit card details are requested to confirm a booking - until credit cards details are received we are unable to confirm a booking. Cancellations for single room/single night bookings are accepted without charge up to 24 hours before the booked arrival date/time. Cancellations within 24 hours of the arrival date/time and no-shows will incur a one night charge.

Cancellations for multiple room/multiple night bookings are accepted without charge up to 7 days before the booked arrival date/time. Cancellations within 7 days of the arrival date/time and no-shows will incur a one night charge.

Depending on the duration/time of year - deposits may be requested for multiple night and/or multiple room stays. These deposits are non-refundable.
