We're not sure who is more at fault? The person
passing the obviously bogus $200 bill bearing the likeness of President
George W. Bush or the dizzy Dairy Queen cashier who accepted the money.
Police in Kentucky are searching for the person
who used the phoney bill to buy $2.12 worth of food, driving away in
tears, no doubt, with $197.88 in real change.
