Coyote Racing Present Day

In the 2000-01 season my partner & myself attended several high profile meetings at Woodford Glen. The advances in car technology was impressive.

The more meetings we attended, the more I found myself getting involved and wanting to own another car. Finally at the end of 2001 my partner conceded and let me start looking for a new racecar.

Enter John Gibbs with his Mitsubishi Mirage production saloon that he had campaigned at Woodford Glen a couple of seasons earlier. A price was settled, a couple of modifications and into it.

We ran the car for the rest of the 2001-2002 season with a win at most meetings, at the glen and the federation tracks.

Then family and financial commitments seen the car parked up for a season, which saw me be come involved with Lawrence Sidnell, one of the new drivers for the 2002-2003 season to setup & maintain his Commodore production saloon.

This car went from strength to strength as the season progressed and I hope to see good things from this car in the season to come. (hopefully not to my detriment)

Coyote Racing also assists with Adam Hiddelstone's C grade car at Oxford Speedway.
