Art House.

Set in Scotland, the plot revolves around Arthur Moment, who wishes he had the guts to be like his Grandfather Scott, an uncompromising and brilliant artist. Struggling with his own identity, Arthur works for the local council, where a truly "monstrous" boss, Frank Ensten, bullies him.

When the corrupt council try to knock down Scott’s house and studio, Arthur gets the motivation he needs, taking a stand and resigning, before they can sack him.

Drowning his celebrations in a pub, he decides to answer an intriguing newspaper advertisement. Taking the job with Harvey Herman, a designer who thinks everything is big, including himself, puts him in the middle of a bizarre series of events where he has to confront vampirish local villains, cross dressing vicars, Thai boxers, and a rottweiler called Gabriel.

He soon discovers that these strange characters are all connected to Frank Ensten, and his quest to save Scott’s studio. Assisted by Bron, a smart ice hockey playing lawyer with a passion for hot chocolate, Arthur saves the day, by learning that all that doesn’t glitter can be gold.
