Wellington 4WD Specialists Ltd is located in convenient Lower Hutt, and is directed by Carl Furniss.

Carl is a qualified mechanic, with over 30 years experience,servicing and repairing vehicles of all makes and models.

Carl has a long background in four-wheel driving:

  »  4WD trialling in the second Deadwood Safari, held in 1973.

  »  Many four-wheel drive events over the years, including the 1999 North Island Challenge, and the South Island Coast to Coast Trip in 2000.

  »  Regularly attends local 4WD outings.

  »  Committee member of the Wellington Cross Country Vehicle Club.  Carl currently holds the position of Club Captain.
