Our June North Island tuning round is over, and included the cleaning and overhaul of the 1966 Lee pipe organ in St. Cuthbert's, Manaia, Taranaki, a collapsible reed organ in Masterton by Humphreys of London, and a 1908 two-manual Mustel harmonium in Wellington.  Repairs were also undertaken at Tawa, Kerikeri and Paihia.

The 1881 Oboe from Morrinsville Methodist has been retired to the Organ Museum, and has been replaced by a more reliable Oboe dating from 1926, the same period that the Morrinsville organ was compiled.

Further visits were made to churches and schools requiring reports and quotes for work, and we are confidant the New Zealand Organ Manufactory will continue to grow steadily.
