Inquisitor scale Death Cult assassins - I had to paint these in the GW store and they have terrible lighting, hence the crapness of these figures. The photos aren't great either, and I believe at the time they were taken that the figures had already been mauled for a couple of months by the greedy and clumsy hands of adolescent boys, so they're not in the best condition.
