Yuck, Nurgle... He's got some great models though :-). This guy was painted with a sort of weathered look, highlighting with small vertical streaks instead of a smooth blend. It wouldn't work for every model, but it looks good on Nurgle. I imagine it would look excellent on Orks as well.
