This is a much better Necron Lord than the Limited Edition one, in my not-so-humble opinion. Great pose, good sculpt - nothing about it I don't like. I hate all Necron feet so they don't count. The commanding pose required a base to give him a bit of presence, so he's standing on a wee hill surrounded by rubble and the detritus of his enemies.
