This is a Tau Ethereal, painted in a kind of tangerine and teal colour. The colours aren't quite true in the pic - the blue colour is a bit darker, and the white is more creamy than it appears. Also it looks a little grainy, which is I think an effect of the varnish - it looks quite smooth in person. This is quite a neat model, much more attractive than the static, 2d Ltd Ed one from the army deal.
