from Christchurch, New Zealand, and have been watching this video ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1hhJ_49leBw ) by Steven
Crowder about what he says Detroit has become under decades of
Democrat governance. Being the DYI fact checker that I am, I
decided to check out Detroit for myself, especially the
residential areas using Google Street Maps. Lots of red brick
buildings around. Anywayz, so I've been traveling around here and
there and am now heading West along McNichols Rd W, and I must say
that, from what I've seen so far, Detroit is a butt
ugly dump. Seriously, it looks like the drug-infested,
state-welfare saturated, crime-ridden arse end of Auckland on a bad
day. I think Crowder was exaggerating the physical
destruction. Those buildings he was in have ~got~ to be ones
scheduled for demolition, surely? But I have seen the dead hand
of national and local body government parasites work
its poison into suburban and economic life with the same
result. Not that any of you taxpayer bleeding leeches give a
damn. My only hope is that one day, you all go piss on a
live wire, preferably all at once rather than consecutively. You
have negative value.

It's a
nasty-gram, sure, but these creatures thrive off making cultural,
personal and economic life sick with government "remedies". I
have no tolerance for them at all.

Ezra Levant is a Candian publisher who has been hauled before the
Alberta Human Rights Commission for the non-crime of
publishing
the famous but rather sedate (IMO) Danish Mohammed cartoons in his
magazine and consequently offending one or two of the perpetually
aggrieved from the Religion of Oppression and Slaughter.
What is fantastic is his defence of free speech and
the
contempt he displays for that Orwellian artifice of Fascism only the
Left could conceive. Thanks to Charles Johnson of Little
Green Footballs for bringing the

After
TelstraClear upgraded my cable modem from an SB4100 to an
SB5101
I'm getting mostly poor results from various online
speed
test facilities. That is, poor for
a 10Mbps/2Mbps
account. Something is not quite right with he one at
http://www.nzdsl.co.nz/module-Speedtest.phtml. Prior to the
upgrade I was getting anywhere between ~4900kbps. and ~7800kbps.
Since the upgrade I've been getting anywhere between ~1800kbps
and
~4400kbps with rare spurts of >10000kbps that last for only a
few seconds. Does anyone know what's going on?
