John 3:16
John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son,
              that  whosoever believeth in him should not perish,
but have everlasting life.

  Why should I believe in Jesus? He may have existed 2000 years ago, but this is now. And when I die,
well, that's it! I'm dead!

 Well, apart from that, mans basic instinct tells us that there is a god of some description. Everything that
surrounds us, suggests that there is a creator. Some superior existence created this planet that we live on.
A provider of everything that we need:
The air that we breath;
                                                The food and water that we digest to sustain our bodies;
                                                That designed our bodies to digest that nourishment and:
                                       1. Feed the bones;
                                2. The brain;
                                                          3. And every part of our being.
            A lot of common diseases our bodies are designed to fight and recover from .

              As we look to the heavens, we see the moon, the stars, and other planets.
                    Some say that beings came from those planets and created us.
               I say that if there is life on those other planets, God has been there too.

                              But, getting back to the point, Creation:
                  As we look around ourselves, we see that everything is dependent on everything else.
 Man and beast are reliant on other animals for food. On each other for procreation. The same applies
  to the creatures of the sea. The vegetation is reliant on the soil for it's source of food. On the insects
                      and wind for procreation. Everything is reliant on water.
         Our very existence is dependant on God. For it is He who keeps everything together.
                             The point is, WE ARE DEPENDENT.

                  There are peoples on Earth the worship all sorts of gods. This is
often in times of sorrow; in times of emotion, we feel an emptiness in the pit of our bellies.
A hunger for
    something that solid food for the belly will not satisfy.
A yearning for something that we need not

                                                                 understand.
So are we dependent on Jesus Christ for our peace with ourselves,
which is most DEPENDENT on our peace with God.
