Wairarapa Christmas in the Park:
Virtue and Side Step'd braved the weather to perform in Masterton as part of the JNL Christmas in the park on Friday 16th December. After it poured down with rain, the weather finally lifted and the crowds came out for a fun filled night of Christmas cheer. Performing a total of 3 times, to small crowds at first then up to 1000 people later in the night, both teams got great applause and comment.

Virtue & Side Step'd
Through to Nationals for Tear It Up Dance Comp.
Both dance teams competed in Tear it Up Dance Battles held on the 10th December at Wellington College. Virtue and Side Step'd both qualified for the nationals, which will be held in Wellington in April 2006. Side Step'd danced extremely well, dancing as a group for the first time. Virtue had a lot of all boy team competition, but got good scores and feedback from the judges.

Virtue Rip up the Court at AND1 Street Tour
Virtue was privileged to dance alongside the USA top street ballers to a packed house at the Events centre as part of the AND 1 Street tour. Performing alongside Foot soldiers and Beetroots. |

New Virtue Dancers: Virtue is growing in numbers, we now have 2 new crew members, Victoria and Jacob. 'Virtue' are working hard on new choreo, look out for it early December!! Virtue Classes:
Virtue are also planning on taking regular weekly classes, to begin in the new year, give us an email and register your interest now!! class for 8 - 12 yrs and Teen + open classes.

Virtue Represents NZ
'Virtue' has just come back from competing in 'Battlegrounds' Australasia’s premier Urban Dance Comp. Virtue was selected to be in the finals - top 25 teams out of over 75 that entered.
They finished 14th overall in the Urban and R&B sections.
"We learnt heaps and had a great time. The competition was full on, heaps of top class crews. Can't wait to go back next year and try for the top placing’s."

Virtue performed as part of the displays at the women's lifestyle expo.
Parent & Child Show
Virtue performed as one of the Main Stage acts as part of the Parent and Child show at the Queens Warf Events Centre. |
NZ Idol Party
Virtue danced as part of the NZ idol party in Upper Hutt, alongside previous Idol finalists, Ben Lummis, Luke Whaanga and Robyn Johnson.
Hip Hop Dance Spektakula
Held at Te Papa as part of DYSO festival Virtue dance alongside 6 other Wellington Hip-hop dance crews.
DYSO Opening
Virtue performed as part of the opening of the DYSO festival at Courtney Central in Early September.
Karate Commonwealth Championships
Virtue performed to VIP guest and competitors as part of the opening ceremony at the Karate Champs.

Virtue's trip to Nelson:
Virtue was invited to Nelson to dance at 'The Search' Youth Event, ran by Oxygen Youth with guest speaker Simon Barnett. Virtue flew down on Friday toured and danced at the local high schools then danced at the rally to over 800 youth on Friday Night.
On Saturday Virtue held a Intermediate and Beginners workshop for 30 of Nelson's dancers. They got a great response from the workshop and heaps of positive comments. They look forward to doing another in the new year.
