Clan Vote
When a new recruit is submitted the clan is given the chance to have their say through a vote 80% of the clan must vote with a clear indication of what the overall choice is. 80% or over.
Overall the recruitment may take up to one week hopefully less. But it should be stated that we are not an "Instant" clan. Its just a matter of getting each member's vote. Your paticence is a major indication.
|
|
Probation Period
This may last up to one month where you maybe asked to leave if your conduct within the clan is inappropriate. All members are given fair warnings about their conduct if their behaviour does not change they will be dismissed.
Some leagues may require that a new recruit sit out their first week within the clan (to play in a match) This has been in the case of the RAGE matches.

Conduct / Track Record
Please take some time to view the Conduct section. In regards to track record it would be nice to know who you are and know what kind of personality you have. Plus have had some experience in the team fortress area for some period of time. This does not mean newbies are not eligible to submit a request to join but skill is a small factor in being selected. Clan jumpers are not that attractive we don't like wasting our time.
If you are known with in the TFC / CS servers as a complete num nut who gets a kick out of
| - Abusing people verbally - friendly swearing to friends or aquaintances is not included | |
| - Ruining the game for the rest of the players - cheating i.e shooting through 3 walls to hit a player | |
| - Infecting your own team | |
| - Killing yourself repeatedly in i.e Hunted | |
| - Camping for the entire map with out bothering to help your team | |
| - Changing your name to taunt someone with intent to dishearten | |
If your the type of person who gets a kick out of the conduct breakers mentioned above please don't waste bandwidth and email server time by sending me an email.

|
Testing / Trials
This is in place for current members to see what new recruits are capable of. It is not compulsory only used if a member wishes to take the time to test a new recruit. Basic requests maybe to see if the new recruit is capable of; concing, priming; rocket jumping; demo pipe jumps, team communication etc.

|
Practices / Matches
Regular attendance of practices / matches is a must. If you are unable to make it to a practice / match please inform Lotus, Kileman or a member to pass on the message. Some matches will be played on AU servers like WTF or EISA if you know that you ping badly over there joining this clan may turn out to be the wrong choice. More information is detailed in the Conduct section.
Practices for TFC are conducted on Monday nights around 8:30 to 10:30, CS practices are usually on Tuesday nights at the same times, but these may vary if server bookings and taken. Matches for TFC are usually Sunday evenings, CS may vary depending on competitions.

ICQ / Roger Wilco
ICQ is a recuirement for constant contact within the clan. Roger wilco is used within the clan and if possible a bonus if you are able to implement the application on your computer. Also a regular e-mail address is required for additional contact with the Clan newsletter (Word Doc | Text) etc.

Participation
Members must be active to an extent where they are able to make it to regular practices and clan matches. Inactive members maybe reviewed.
It is a major addiction (multiplayer gaming) most of us are students who need time to concentrate on studies. If you are joining a clan there are some requests of commitment needed; to turn up to practices and matches which, can be time consuming if you have another life beyond the screen in front of you.
